As a Colorado native, Chelsee grew up in the Monument-Tri-Lakes area. Initially, attending International Salon and Spa, and has had advanced training at Toni & Guy Academy. As a practicing stylist for 10 years, Chelsee specializes in color correction, Keratin treatments, fine/fragile hair, and blondes.
